Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding payments, shipping, and returns.
Payments
All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT where applicable. We accept major payment methods including credit and debit cards, Klarna, and PayPal. Your payment will be securely processed at checkout, and no card details are stored on our site.
Shipping
We ship all orders from Stockholm, Sweden. Orders are typically processed within one to three business days. Delivery within Sweden usually takes between one and five business days. For international orders, shipping times vary depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you are ordering from outside the EU, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by customs procedures in your country.
Returns
If you are an EU customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Swedish consumer law. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kholoss.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Please note that some items are not eligible for return. This includes earrings for hygiene reasons, custom-made or personalized products, and items purchased on sale.
If you are a customer outside the EU, you may still request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, but local consumer rights may differ. International return shipping, as well as any customs or import fees, are non-refundable.
Returns Process and Complaints
If you wish to return an item or make a complaint about your order, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us first
Send an email to info@kholoss.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect). Please contact us as soon as possible after discovering the issue.
2. Return authorization
We will review your case and provide you with instructions for how and where to return the product. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.
3. Return shipping
When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged and sent with a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
4. Complaints regarding faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within a reasonable time after discovery. If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping fees, in accordance with Swedish consumer law.
